Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
Folh1, also known as folate hydrolase 1, plays a crucial role in the metabolism of folates, which are essential for DNA synthesis, repair, and methylation processes. Research has indicated that Folh1 is important in various biological processes, including cellular proliferation and differentiation. Additionally, aberrations in folate metabolism are linked to several health issues, such as cancer and neurological disorders. The Folh1 protein has garnered attention due to its potential as a therapeutic target, especially in cancer treatment, where folate pathways are often dysregulated. Recent studies have focused on the recombinant expression of Folh1 to facilitate detailed investigations into its structure and function. By producing purified Folh1 protein through recombinant DNA technology, researchers aim to analyze its enzymatic activities, binding affinities, and interactions with ligands. This can lead to a deeper understanding of its role in folate metabolism and its implications in various diseases. Furthermore, exploring Folh1's potential for drug delivery systems leveraging folate receptors can also open new avenues in targeted therapy. Overall, Folh1 recombinant protein research is pivotal in elucidating the intricate mechanisms of folate metabolism and its links to health and disease.
