  • Stability Test

The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.

  • Storage & Shelf Life

Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

  • Shipping

In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description

GTF3C2, a crucial component of the general transcription factor complex, plays a significant role in regulating gene expression and facilitating RNA polymerase II transcription initiation. Research into GTF3C2 has gained momentum due to its involvement in various cellular processes, including cell growth, differentiation, and response to environmental stimuli. Abnormalities in GTF3C2 function have been linked to several diseases, including cancer, making it a potential target for therapeutic strategies. The study of GTF3C2 recombinant proteins allows for a deeper understanding of its structural and functional properties, offering insights into the molecular mechanisms of transcription regulation. Moreover, recombinant GTF3C2 can be utilized in various biochemical assays to investigate its interaction with other proteins and cofactors involved in transcription. Overall, the research into GTF3C2 and its recombinant forms contributes to the broader field of molecular biology and offers possibilities for the development of novel therapeutic interventions.
