Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
ADAM1 (A Disintegrin and Metalloproteinase 1) is a member of the ADAM family, which plays a crucial role in various biological processes, including cell adhesion, migration, and proteolytic cleavage of membrane proteins. Initially identified for its function in sperm-egg interaction during fertilization, ADAM1 has garnered interest for its implications in reproductive biology and fertility. Recent studies have revealed its involvement in various pathophysiological conditions, such as tumor progression and metastasis, where altered expression of ADAM1 can influence cell signaling pathways and cellular behavior. Researchers have focused on characterizing the structural and functional properties of ADAM1 through recombinant protein techniques, aiming to unveil its mechanistic roles in both normal physiology and disease states. Additionally, understanding ADAM1's interactions with other proteins presents potential therapeutic avenues, particularly in cancer treatment and reproductive health. As studies advance, the exploration of ADAM1-recombinant proteins offers novel insights into its function and regulation, highlighting the protein's significance as a target for drug development and therapeutic interventions.
