稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
Hpt (Heme-binding protein) recombinant proteins have garnered significant attention in the field of molecular biology and biotechnology due to their pivotal role in various cellular processes and potential therapeutic applications. These proteins are involved in heme metabolism, which is crucial for processes such as oxygen transport, electron transfer, and redox reactions. The ability to produce Hpt as a recombinant protein allows researchers to study its structure, function, and interaction with other biomolecules in detail. Advancements in genetic engineering and expression systems have facilitated the production of large quantities of high-purity Hpt, enabling a deeper understanding of its biological significance. Additionally, Hpt has potential applications in the development of biosensors, targeted drug delivery systems, and therapeutic agents, particularly in diseases associated with heme dysregulation, such as anemia and certain types of cancer. Understanding the mechanisms by which Hpt functions can also pave the way for innovative approaches to biochemical research and medical therapies. As a result, the study of Hpt recombinant proteins is essential not only for fundamental science but also for the development of new strategies in the treatment of various diseases.
