Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
NOTCH2NLB is a member of the NOTCH receptor family, which plays a critical role in cell signaling processes that regulate various developmental and physiological functions. Recent studies have highlighted the significance of NOTCH2NLB in various biological contexts, including its involvement in neuronal differentiation, tumorigenesis, and immune responses. Researchers have discovered that NOTCH2NLB can function as a key regulator in diseases such as cancer, where it may contribute to the proliferation and survival of malignant cells. The study of NOTCH2NLB recombinant proteins aims to elucidate its structure-function relationships and mechanism of action in cellular contexts. By producing and characterizing these recombinant proteins, scientists can investigate the specific pathways and interactions mediated by NOTCH2NLB, paving the way for potential therapeutic targets. Moreover, understanding the role of NOTCH2NLB in different tissue types and its differential regulation across various conditions can provide insights into its biological importance and therapeutic potential. The research into NOTCH2NLB recombinant proteins is essential not only for advancing our knowledge of NOTCH signaling pathways but also for developing innovative strategies to manipulate these pathways for therapeutic benefit in diseases where NOTCH2NLB is implicated.
