稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
ALPK1 (alpha-kinase 1) is a member of the alpha-kinase family, known for its unique kinase domain that distinguishes it from conventional kinases. The protein is implicated in various cellular processes including cell signaling, stress responses, and immune regulation. Research into ALPK1 has intensified due to its association with several diseases, such as cancer and autoimmune disorders, highlighting its potential as a therapeutic target. The understanding of ALPK1's functional mechanisms is limited, primarily due to the challenges in studying its biological roles in vivo. Therefore, the production of recombinant ALPK1 protein has become essential for elucidating its structure, function, and interactions with other cellular molecules. Utilizing techniques such as bacterial or eukaryotic expression systems, researchers aim to produce this protein in sufficient quantities for high-resolution structural studies, biochemical assays, and potential drug screening applications. The findings could reveal critical insights into ALPK1's signaling pathways and its contributions to disease progression, paving the way for novel therapeutic strategies targeting this kinase in relevant pathological contexts. Overall, the study of recombinant ALPK1 protein holds promise for advancing our understanding of its biological roles and therapeutic implications in various diseases.
