稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
KRT28, short for keratin 28, is a member of the keratin family of proteins, which play a crucial role in the structural integrity and function of epithelial cells. Research into KRT28 has gained prominence due to its potential implications in various biological processes and diseases, particularly those related to skin and hair disorders. Keratins are integral components of the cytoskeleton in epithelial tissues, and changes in their expression can be associated with pathologies such as keratinocyte-related cancers and genetic skin diseases. Understanding the expression patterns and regulatory mechanisms of KRT28 can provide insights into epithelial cell biology and tissue homeostasis. Furthermore, KRT28's involvement in processes like cellular differentiation and response to stress makes it a significant target for investigating wound healing mechanisms and regenerative medicine. Thus, detailed studies exploring KRT28's structure, function, and regulatory pathways can contribute to developing novel therapeutic strategies for skin-related abnormalities and enhancing our understanding of keratinocyte dynamics in health and disease.
