Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
TITF1, also known as Thyroid Transcription Factor 1 (TTF-1), plays a crucial role in the development and function of thyroid, lung, and brain tissues. It is a member of the NKx2 family of transcription factors and is critical for regulating genes involved in cellular differentiation and organogenesis. Research into TITF1 has gained prominence due to its involvement in various diseases, particularly thyroid disorders and certain types of lung cancer, where its expression levels can indicate disease progression or response to therapy. Furthermore, TITF1 is essential in maintaining the stability of the respiratory epithelium and regulating surfactant protein genes, making it a pivotal focus in studies related to pulmonary diseases. Understanding the structure and function of TITF1, especially through the study of recombinant proteins, can provide insights into its biological mechanisms and facilitate the development of therapeutic strategies targeting TITF1-associated conditions. Recombinant TITF1 proteins enable researchers to investigate its DNA-binding properties, identify potential co-factors, and explore its post-translational modifications, ultimately contributing to a comprehensive understanding of its role in health and disease. This research is vital not only for unraveling the complexities of TITF1 but also for enhancing our knowledge of transcriptional regulation in cellular environments, paving the way for novel approaches in biomedical research and therapeutic interventions.
