Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
GPKOW, a protein implicated in various cellular processes, has garnered attention in the field of molecular biology due to its roles in RNA metabolism, stress response, and gene regulation. Initially identified as a component of the RNA polymerase II complex, GPKOW has since been linked to the regulation of pre-mRNA splicing and transcriptional activation. The protein contains multiple functional domains, including a germ cell-specific RNA-binding motif and potential nuclear localization signals, suggesting its involvement in critical nuclear processes. Recent studies have pointed to GPKOW's association with various diseases, including cancer, where it may regulate pathways associated with cell proliferation and differentiation. This has spurred interest in understanding its mechanisms of action, interactions with other cellular factors, and potential as a therapeutic target. Research on GPKOW reconstituted proteins aims to elucidate its structural properties and functional roles, providing insights into its significance in cellular physiology and developing novel interventions for diseases linked to its dysregulation. As a result, GPKOW research stands at the intersection of fundamental biology and clinical application, highlighting its potential impact on health and disease management.
