Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
The study of ABHD11 recombinant protein has gained significant attention due to its potential roles in lipid metabolism and neurobiology. ABHD11, or alpha/beta hydrolase domain-containing protein 11, is part of the alpha/beta hydrolase enzyme family, which is known for its capacity to hydrolyze ester and amide bonds. Recent research suggests that ABHD11 may be involved in the regulation of lipid signaling pathways, impacting various physiological processes such as inflammation, cell proliferation, and neuronal function. Its expression is notably enriched in the brain, hinting at its crucial role in neural development and synaptic function. Given the associations between lipid dysregulation and neurodegenerative diseases, understanding the biochemical properties and functional mechanisms of ABHD11 is paramount. The production and characterization of ABHD11 recombinant protein enable researchers to elucidate its enzymatic activity, substrate specificity, and potential interactions with other cellular components. This foundational knowledge could lead to novel therapeutic strategies targeting lipid-related disorders and neurodegenerative conditions, highlighting the importance of ABHD11 in both fundamental biology and potential clinical applications.
