稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
Fatty acid-binding protein 12 (FABP12), also known as adipocyte fatty acid-binding protein, plays a critical role in lipid metabolism and cellular signaling pathways associated with obesity and metabolic disorders. Research on FABP12 has garnered attention due to its involvement in the transport and storage of fatty acids, which are essential for energy homeostasis and the regulation of inflammatory responses. Understanding the structure and function of FABP12 is vital for elucidating its role in various biological processes and its potential as a therapeutic target. Recombinant FABP12 protein is often produced for in vitro studies to investigate its binding affinity for different fatty acids and its interactions with cellular signaling molecules. This research aims to pave the way for developing novel therapeutic strategies to combat metabolic diseases by targeting FABP12 and modulating its activity. Furthermore, insights gained from FABP12 studies may contribute to a better understanding of the molecular mechanisms underlying obesity and related conditions, providing avenues for innovative interventions in metabolic health. Overall, exploring FABP12's properties and functions through recombinant protein studies is a promising approach to addressing the growing health concerns associated with metabolic disorders.
