稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
TYR (tyrosinase) is a key enzyme involved in melanogenesis, the biological process responsible for the production of melanin, the pigment that gives color to skin, hair, and eyes. The study of TYR is particularly significant in understanding various conditions such as albinism, vitiligo, and certain types of skin cancers, where melanin production is affected. Moreover, TYR has garnered attention in the cosmetic industry for its role in skin pigmentation and potential applications in skin whitening products. Recent advances in molecular biology have facilitated the recombinant expression of TYR, allowing for the production of large quantities of the enzyme with specific characteristics. Researchers have focused on the structural and functional properties of TYR through recombinant techniques, enabling detailed studies on its enzymatic activity, substrate specificity, and regulation. The use of recombinant TYR provides a valuable tool for elucidating the molecular mechanisms underlying pigmentation, developing therapeutic agents for pigmentation disorders, and creating novel biotechnological applications in cosmetics and dermatology. As a result, the investigation of TYR as a recombinant protein has not only enhanced our understanding of melanogenesis but also opened new avenues for clinical and commercial applications.
