Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
SP (Signal Peptide) recombinant proteins play a crucial role in various biological and industrial applications, making their study increasingly relevant. Signal peptides are short amino acid sequences that direct the transport of newly synthesized proteins to specific locations within or outside the cell, facilitating proper protein folding and functionality. Research into SP recombinant proteins has advanced significantly due to the growing need for efficient protein production systems, particularly in biotechnology and pharmaceutical industries. These proteins are often produced using expression systems like bacteria, yeast, and mammalian cells, which harness the natural secretion pathways powered by signal peptides for enhanced yield and bioactivity. Additionally, understanding the mechanisms governing signal peptide function can lead to improved design of recombinant proteins for therapeutic use, vaccine development, and enzyme production. The exploration of various signal peptide sequences and their effects on protein expression and purification has enabled researchers to optimize recombinant protein systems, potentially leading to breakthroughs in drug development and synthetic biology. As the demand for biopharmaceuticals continues to rise, the significance of SP recombinant protein research is poised to expand, paving the way for more innovative approaches in protein engineering and bioproduction. This area of study not only contributes to the understanding of cellular processes but also offers practical applications that can benefit healthcare and industry at large.
