稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
The PCRA protein, also known as the p53-associated protein, has garnered significant attention in the field of molecular biology due to its crucial role in cellular processes, particularly in relation to tumor suppression and DNA repair mechanisms. p53 is a well-known tumor suppressor protein that regulates the cell cycle and maintains genomic stability, and PCRA has been identified as an important modulator of p53 activity. Studies have shown that PCRA interacts with p53, enhancing its transcriptional activity and facilitating its role in apoptosis and cell cycle arrest in response to DNA damage. Given that mutations in the p53 gene are commonly associated with various cancers, understanding the regulatory mechanisms involving PCRA could provide insights into novel therapeutic strategies. Recombination technologies have been employed to produce recombinant forms of PCRA, enabling researchers to study its structure, function, and interaction pathways in greater detail. Additionally, recombinant PCRA can be utilized in high-throughput screening assays and potential drug development, offering avenues for targeted cancer therapies. Overall, the study of recombinant PCRA protein holds promise for advancing our understanding of cancer biology and the development of innovative approaches in cancer treatment.
