Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
GNG7, a member of the guanine nucleotide-binding protein (G protein) family, plays a significant role in various signal transduction pathways by regulating the activity of G proteins. Research on GNG7 has gained attention due to its involvement in numerous physiological processes, including neurodevelopment, immune response, and cardiovascular functions. Alterations in GNG7 expression have been linked to various diseases, such as cancer and neurological disorders, highlighting its potential as a therapeutic target. The production of recombinant GNG7 protein has enabled researchers to study its structural and functional properties in vitro, thereby facilitating a deeper understanding of its role in cellular signaling. The availability of purified GNG7 protein is crucial for experiments investigating its interactions with other signaling molecules, enabling the elucidation of its mechanisms of action and the development of novel strategies for modulating its activity in disease contexts. Overall, the study of GNG7 recombinant protein not only enhances our understanding of its biological functions but also opens avenues for potential therapeutic interventions.
