稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
EDN3, or Endothelin-3, is a member of the endothelin family of peptides, which are known for their potent vasoconstrictive properties and significant roles in various physiological processes, including cardiovascular function, cell proliferation, and development. Research into EDN3 has gained traction due to its involvement in multiple pathophysiological conditions, such as hypertension, heart failure, and certain developmental disorders. Particularly noteworthy is its critical role in neural crest cell development, which is essential for the formation of various tissues, including pigment cells and components of the nervous system. Mutations in the EDN3 gene have been linked to congenital disorders like Waardenburg syndrome and Hirschsprung disease, highlighting its importance in human health. The recombinant protein form of EDN3 is utilized not only to dissect its biological functions further but also to explore its potential therapeutic applications. By generating EDN3 as a recombinant protein, researchers can study its interaction with the endothelin receptors and its effects on cellular pathways in a controlled manner. This enables a deeper understanding of its mechanisms of action, which could lead to novel treatments for diseases associated with endothelin dysregulation. Thus, the study of EDN3 recombinant protein is pivotal for advancing our understanding of endothelin biology and developing strategies to modulate its activity for therapeutic benefits.
