Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
PIK3C3 (Phosphoinositide 3-Kinase Catalytic Subunit 3) is a crucial enzyme involved in the regulation of various cellular processes, including autophagy, endocytosis, and cellular signaling. It is part of the class III PI3K family, which plays a key role in the synthesis of phosphatidylinositol 3-phosphate (PI3P), a lipid that is essential for intracellular vesicle trafficking and membrane dynamics. Dysregulation of PIK3C3 has been implicated in several pathological conditions, including cancer, neurodegenerative diseases, and metabolic disorders, making it a significant target for therapeutic interventions. Research has focused on characterizing PIK3C3’s structure and enzymatic activity to better understand its biological functions and regulatory mechanisms. The development of recombinant PIK3C3 protein allows for detailed biochemical and structural studies, facilitating the exploration of its interactions with other cellular proteins and lipids. This, in turn, aids in elucidating the signaling pathways in which PIK3C3 is involved, which can contribute to the identification of novel drug targets and strategies for treating diseases associated with its dysregulation. As such, the study of PIK3C3 recombinant protein is pivotal for advancing our comprehension of cellular metabolism and pathology, potentially paving the way for innovative approaches to therapeutic interventions.
