  • Stability Test

The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.

  • Storage & Shelf Life

Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

  • Shipping

In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description

LNPEP, also known as leucine aminopeptidase 3, is a member of the aminopeptidase family that plays a crucial role in various physiological processes by catalyzing the removal of N-terminal amino acids from peptides and proteins. Its biological significance extends to involvement in protein turnover, maturation of biologically active peptides, and modulation of cellular signaling pathways. Alterations in LNPEP activity have been linked to several diseases, including neurological disorders and cancer, underscoring its potential as a therapeutic target and biomarker. Research into LNPEP recombinant proteins has gained momentum as scientists seek to elucidate its structure-function relationships, regulatory mechanisms, and interactions with other biomolecules. The development of recombinant LNPEP provides a valuable tool for investigating its enzymatic properties and functionalities, facilitating studies aimed at understanding its roles in health and disease. Moreover, such studies hold promise for the design of innovative therapeutic strategies that exploit LNPEP's enzymatic capabilities and regulatory functions, offering potential advancements in targeted therapies for conditions associated with LNPEP dysregulation.
