稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
Avpr1a, or arginine vasopressin receptor 1a, is a G protein-coupled receptor that plays a crucial role in various physiological processes, including water regulation, social behavior, and stress response. Research into Avpr1a has garnered significant interest due to its implications in psychiatric disorders, social behavior disorders, and cardiovascular health. The receptor mediates the effects of arginine vasopressin, a hormone involved in vasoconstriction and the retention of water in the kidneys, making it essential for maintaining homeostasis. Additionally, genetic variations in the Avpr1a gene have been associated with social behaviors, including bonding and aggression, highlighting its potential role in neuropsychiatric conditions such as autism and anxiety disorders. As the receptor is a target for therapeutic interventions, understanding its structure and function through recombinant protein studies is vital. Such research can lead to the development of novel drugs that modulate the receptor’s activity, providing new avenues for treatment. The production of Avpr1a recombinantly allows for detailed biochemical and pharmacological characterization, facilitating insights into its signaling mechanisms and interactions. These findings could contribute significantly to our understanding of how disruptions in vasopressin signaling can lead to behavioral and physiological pathologies. Overall, Avpr1a recombinant protein studies represent a promising frontier in both fundamental biological research and the development of therapeutic strategies targeting related disorders.
