Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
DR1, or down-regulator of transcription 1, is a protein that plays a crucial role in the regulation of gene expression and transcriptional processes. Its primary function involves the interaction with various transcription factors and RNA polymerase, which can influence the transcriptional activity of specific genes. Research on DR1 has gained significance due to its potential implications in various biological processes, including cell differentiation, proliferation, and response to environmental stimuli. Dysregulation of DR1 expression has been linked to several diseases, including cancer and other disorders related to cellular signaling and growth. Furthermore, understanding the structural and functional properties of DR1 can provide insights into its mechanism of action and its role in cellular pathways. Consequently, the development of recombinant DR1 protein is critical for studying its biological functions in vitro and in vivo, enabling researchers to dissect the complex regulatory networks involving this protein. Investigating DR1 through recombinant techniques can lead to novel therapeutic approaches and the potential identification of drug targets, making it a vital focus in molecular biology and biomedical research.
