Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
ANX1, or Annexin A1, is a member of the annexin protein family, characterized by its ability to bind to phospholipids in a calcium-dependent manner. This protein plays a pivotal role in various biological processes, including cell proliferation, migration, and apoptosis, thereby influencing inflammatory responses and immune regulation. Given its involvement in these critical cellular functions, ANX1 has garnered significant interest in both basic and clinical research. Numerous studies have indicated that ANX1 exhibits anti-inflammatory properties, making it a potential therapeutic target for various inflammatory diseases and conditions such as arthritis, asthma, and cancer. In recent years, the recombinant expression of ANX1 has emerged as a valuable approach for studying its functional characteristics and therapeutic applications. By producing the ANX1 protein recombinantly, researchers can generate large quantities of the protein for biochemical studies, elucidating its structural properties and interactions with other molecules. This has enhanced our understanding of its role in pathophysiology and its potential as a biomarker or therapeutic agent. Furthermore, research on ANX1 has also highlighted its potential in drug delivery systems, where it can be utilized for targeted therapy. As a result, ongoing studies explore how recombinant ANX1 can be optimized for clinical use, offering promising prospects for treating inflammatory and autoimmune diseases through novel therapeutic strategies.
