Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
IgG4 recombinant proteins have garnered significant attention in recent years due to their unique functional characteristics and potential therapeutic applications. IgG4 is one of the four subclasses of immunoglobulin G (IgG) and is known for its ability to modulate immune responses rather than induce strong inflammation. This subclass is distinguished by its unique structural properties, such as its tendency to form bispecific antibodies and its capacity for "Fab-arm exchange," which allows the formation of antibodies with dual specificities. These features make IgG4 particularly appealing for therapeutic use in conditions like allergies, autoimmune diseases, and even certain cancers, where dampening the immune response rather than activating it is beneficial. Research into recombinant IgG4 proteins focuses on optimizing their production, enhancing their stability, and understanding their interactions with other immune components. Advances in recombinant DNA technology and protein engineering have enabled the creation of tailored IgG4 variants with improved efficacy and safety profiles. Furthermore, the exploration of IgG4 in personalized medicine is underway, as its unique mechanisms of action could be harnessed for targeted therapies. With ongoing investigations into its pharmacokinetics, immunogenicity, and clinical efficacy, the study of IgG4 recombinant proteins is poised to contribute significantly to the development of novel therapeutic strategies, addressing unmet clinical needs in various diseases.
