稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
BCAP31, or B-cell receptor-associated protein 31, is a resident endoplasmic reticulum (ER) protein that plays a crucial role in various cellular processes, including apoptosis, protein quality control, and the regulation of immune responses. It is particularly significant in the context of ER stress, where it contributes to the maintenance of cellular homeostasis. Research has identified BCAP31 as involved in the modulation of signaling pathways that control cell survival and death, making it a point of interest in studies related to cancer and autoimmune diseases. Additionally, its interaction with other proteins within the ER underscores its importance in the unfolding protein response (UPR), a critical mechanism that cells utilize to cope with stress. The recombinant expression of BCAP31 facilitates the in-depth investigation of its functions and interactions at the molecular level. This research is essential for understanding its potential role as a therapeutic target and biomarker in diseases associated with cellular stress. Ongoing studies aim to elucidate the specific mechanisms by which BCAP31 influences cellular fate, providing insights into its potential implications for developing novel treatment strategies in various pathological conditions.
