稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
BMI1 (B lymphoma Mo-MLV insertion region 1) is a member of the Polycomb group proteins, which play a crucial role in gene regulation, particularly in maintaining stem cell pluripotency and promoting cell proliferation. Research into BMI1 has gained momentum due to its involvement in various cancers, where it is often found to be overexpressed, contributing to tumorigenesis and poor prognosis. The protein functions as a key component of the PRC1 (Polycomb Repressive Complex 1), which modifies chromatin to repress gene expression and is essential for cellular differentiation and development. Understanding BMI1’s structure and function is critical for unraveling its role in cancer biology and stem cell regulation. Recent studies have focused on developing recombinant BMI1 protein for in-depth biochemical and biophysical characterization, enabling researchers to explore its molecular interactions, binding mechanisms, and potential as a therapeutic target. The study of BMI1 is significant not only for its contributions to cancer research but also for its implications in regenerative medicine and the development of new strategies for managing malignancies characterized by aberrant Polycomb group protein activity.
