稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
CYTH1, or Cyclin Y-Related Protein 1, plays a pivotal role in various cellular processes, particularly in signal transduction and cell cycle regulation. It is a member of the cyclin family, characterized by its ability to form complexes with cyclin-dependent kinases (CDKs), thereby influencing kinase activity and modulating cellular responses to growth factors and other signals. Research into CYTH1 has garnered attention due to its potential implications in cancer biology and other diseases characterized by dysregulated cell proliferation. Studies have indicated that CYTH1 may be involved in the phosphorylation of key substrates that regulate cell growth and survival, making it a target of interest for therapeutic interventions. The recombinant expression of CYTH1 allows for detailed biochemical studies, enabling researchers to investigate its structure-function relationship and to assess its role in various signaling pathways. This knowledge could provide insights into the mechanisms underlying disease states and facilitate the development of novel therapeutics aimed at modulating CYTH1 activity. Overall, the investigation of CYTH1 recombinant protein represents a significant step towards understanding its biological functions and therapeutic potential.
