稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
F13A1, or coagulation factor XIII A chain, is a crucial protein involved in the final stages of the blood coagulation cascade. It plays a vital role in stabilizing fibrin clots by cross-linking fibrin molecules, which is essential for wound healing and maintaining hemostatic balance. Aberrations in F13A1 levels or function can lead to bleeding disorders, underscoring its importance in hemostasis and vascular integrity. Research on F13A1 recombinant proteins has gained traction as scientists seek to better understand its structure-function relationships and therapeutic potential. Advances in recombinant DNA technology have allowed for the production of F13A1 in controlled environments, facilitating studies on its properties and functions. This has implications for developing novel treatments for coagulation disorders, including Factor XIII deficiency. Furthermore, F13A1's role extends beyond hemostasis; it is also implicated in fibrinolysis, inflammation, and tissue remodeling, making it a target of interest in various pathophysiological conditions. As such, ongoing research aims to elucidate the multifaceted roles of F13A1 and explore its applications in clinical medicine, potentially leading to new strategies for managing bleeding disorders and other related conditions.
