Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
PPIG, or Protein with Prolyl 4-Hydroxylase Domain, is a fascinating protein involved in various cellular processes, including collagen synthesis and cellular response to hypoxia. Its study has gained traction due to the protein's crucial role in modulating the post-translational modifications of proline residues, which significantly affect protein folding, stability, and function. The dysregulation of PPIG has been implicated in several diseases, such as fibrosis and cancer, highlighting the necessity for understanding its mechanisms and interactions. Research into recombinant PPIG has enabled scientists to elucidate its structure-function relationship, paving the way for potential therapeutic applications. By leveraging techniques like molecular cloning and expression systems, researchers can produce active forms of this protein for in-depth biochemical and biophysical studies. The exploration of PPIG’s role in pathological conditions and its potential as a biomarker or therapeutic target underscores its importance in biomedical research. As studies continue to advance, a deeper understanding of PPIG may reveal new avenues for intervention in diseases where protein misfolding and signaling disruptions are prevalent, thereby contributing to the development of innovative strategies for treatment and prevention.
