Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
PRKCSH (protein kinase C substrate 80K-H) is a crucial protein that plays a significant role in various cellular processes, including cell signaling, proliferation, and apoptosis. Its involvement in the regulation of glycosylation and the formation of cellular structures has drawn considerable attention in the research community. Mutations and dysregulation of PRKCSH have been associated with several human diseases, most notably the genetic disorder known as Congenital Disorders of Glycosylation (CDG), which can lead to severe developmental and neurological issues. Furthermore, PRKCSH is implicated in cancer biology, influencing tumor growth and metastasis. The study of PRKCSH recombinant proteins has become essential for understanding its functional mechanisms, interactions with other proteins, and its role in disease pathology. By utilizing recombinant DNA technology, researchers can produce PRKCSH proteins in controlled laboratory settings, enabling detailed biochemical assays, structural analysis, and potential therapeutic targeting. This research is critical for developing new diagnostic and treatment strategies, particularly for conditions linked to glycosylation defects and tumorigenesis, ultimately contributing to our broader understanding of cellular biology and disease mechanisms.
