稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
The study of UPK1A (Uroplakins) recombinant protein is of significant interest in the fields of molecular biology and urology due to its critical role in urinary bladder function and its involvement in various pathological conditions. Uroplakins are integral membrane proteins that form the umbrella cells of the bladder's transitional epithelium, contributing to the tight barrier that protects underlying tissues from the urine's toxic components. Research has shown that UPK1A is essential for maintaining the structural integrity and permeability of the bladder lining. Moreover, aberrant expression of UPK1A has been associated with bladder cancer, making it a potential biomarker for diagnosis and prognosis. The recombinant form of UPK1A allows scientists to study its functional properties in detail, including interactions with other proteins and its role in cell signaling pathways. Furthermore, understanding the structure and function of UPK1A can facilitate the development of targeted therapies for bladder dysfunction and associated diseases. The pursuit of UPK1A recombinant protein studies is thus a promising avenue for advancing our knowledge of bladder biology and enhancing clinical interventions for urological disorders.
