Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
RPS11, a component of the ribosomal small subunit, plays a critical role in protein synthesis and cellular function. Recent studies have indicated that mutations or dysregulation of RPS11 can contribute to various diseases, including cancers and ribosomal biogenesis disorders. Understanding the structure and function of RPS11 is essential for unraveling the mechanisms underlying these conditions. The recombinant expression of RPS11 allows researchers to produce this protein in a controlled laboratory setting, facilitating detailed biochemical and biophysical analyses. By characterizing the recombinant RPS11, scientists can investigate its interactions with other ribosomal proteins and RNA, explore its role in the assembly of ribosomal subunits, and assess its impact on translation efficiency. Furthermore, insights gained from RPS11 research may provide a foundation for the development of novel therapeutic approaches targeting ribosome-related diseases. This growing body of knowledge underscores the importance of RPS11 in cellular biology and its potential implications in disease mechanisms, making it a significant focus of current research in the field of molecular biology and medicine.
