Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
RPL36AL, a member of the ribosomal protein family, has garnered significant attention in the field of molecular biology due to its pivotal role in ribosome biogenesis and protein synthesis. Ribosomal proteins are essential components of ribosomes, the cellular machinery responsible for translating mRNA into proteins. Recent studies have highlighted the involvement of RPL36AL in various cellular processes, including cell proliferation and response to stress. Its overexpression has been linked to several types of cancer, suggesting that RPL36AL may play a role in tumorigenesis by influencing the regulatory pathways associated with cell cycle and apoptosis. The study of recombinant RPL36AL protein aims to elucidate its structure-function relationship, potential post-translational modifications, and interactions with other ribosomal components or regulatory factors. Understanding these mechanisms could provide insights into the molecular underpinnings of diseases related to ribosomal dysfunction, such as Diamond-Blackfan anemia and certain cancers. As researchers work to develop potential therapeutic strategies, the recombinant production of RPL36AL provides a valuable tool for further investigation into its biological functions and clinical implications.
