Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
B3R, or B-Cell and Blood Differentiation Factor 3 Receptor, is a protein that has garnered attention in the field of immunology and therapeutic development due to its significant role in B-cell maturation and antibody production. Research on B3R has expanded in recent years, as it plays a critical role in the immune response, particularly in the differentiation of B-cells into plasma cells that produce antibodies against pathogens. The understanding of B3R signaling pathways can provide insights into various diseases, including autoimmune disorders, where B-cell functionality is often dysregulated. Moreover, the implications of B3R in vaccine development are noteworthy, as enhancing B-cell responses could lead to more effective immunizations. Recent studies focus on the structural and functional characterization of B3R, seeking to unravel its mechanism of action at the molecular level. These advancements may pave the way for novel therapeutic strategies targeting B3R, aiming to modulate immune responses in a controlled manner, thus improving treatment options for conditions linked to B-cell abnormalities. As research progresses, B3R's potential as a biomarker for immune system health is also being explored, highlighting its significance in both basic and applied immunological research.
