Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
CSF1, or Colony Stimulating Factor 1, is a critical cytokine primarily involved in the regulation of mononuclear phagocyte lineage, including macrophages and osteoclasts. It plays a pivotal role in hematopoiesis, immune response, and inflammation by promoting the survival, proliferation, and differentiation of these immune cells. Research on CSF1 has gained momentum due to its implications in various diseases, such as cancer, autoimmune disorders, and chronic inflammatory conditions. Recombinant CSF1 proteins have been developed for therapeutic applications, including enhancing immune response in cancer immunotherapy and modulating macrophage activity in inflammatory diseases. Understanding the structural and functional characteristics of recombinant CSF1 is essential for optimizing its efficacy and safety profile in clinical settings. Studies on the signaling pathways activated by CSF1 in macrophages have elucidated its role in tissue homeostasis and repair, further emphasizing its potential as a therapeutic target. Additionally, the development of CSF1-blocking antibodies has shown promise in preclinical models for reducing tumor-associated macrophages, leading to improved anti-tumor immunity. Overall, the ongoing research into CSF1 recombinant proteins not only sheds light on fundamental immunological processes but also opens new avenues for innovative treatment strategies in various health conditions.
