Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
CSDC2 (Cold Shock Domain Containing E2) is a protein that plays a crucial role in various cellular processes, including RNA metabolism and gene expression regulation. It has garnered significant attention in recent years due to its involvement in cellular stress responses, particularly in the context of cold shock, where it aids in the stabilization of mRNA and facilitates translation under suboptimal temperatures. Research indicates that CSDC2 might also participate in several biological pathways related to cancer, neurodegenerative diseases, and immune responses. The understanding of CSDC2's structure and function is pivotal for elucidating its mechanisms in disease states, making it a potential target for therapeutic interventions. Studies focused on the characterization of CSDC2, including its interaction with RNA and other proteins, are essential for uncovering its role in cellular homeostasis and stress responses. Moreover, the development of recombinant CSDC2 proteins provides valuable tools for in vitro assays and therapeutic research, enhancing our understanding of this multifaceted protein in health and disease.
