稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
The CoA (coenzyme A) synthesis pathway is crucial for various metabolic processes in cells, playing a pivotal role in the generation of fatty acids, steroid hormones, and the metabolism of carbohydrates and amino acids. One key enzyme in this pathway is coaA, which catalyzes the conversion of 4'-phosphopantetheine to coenzyme A, thereby facilitating the overall synthesis of this essential cofactor. Research on recombinant coaA proteins has gained significant attention due to their potential applications in biotechnology and medicine. These recombinant proteins can be produced in heterologous systems, enabling the study of their biochemical properties and functions in a controlled environment. Understanding the structure and function of coaA can provide insights into the regulatory mechanisms of CoA synthesis and its implications in metabolic disorders. Additionally, due to the importance of CoA in cellular metabolism, recombinant coaA proteins may offer therapeutic avenues for diseases related to CoA deficiencies and could also be harnessed for metabolic engineering to enhance the production of biofuels and other valuable metabolites. As such, the study of recombinant coaA proteins not only contributes to fundamental biochemistry but also holds significant promise for practical applications in various fields, including drug development and sustainable bio-production.
