稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
SFTA2, or Surfactant Protein A2, is a key protein involved in the pulmonary surfactant system, which plays a crucial role in maintaining normal lung function by reducing surface tension in the alveoli, thereby preventing respiratory distress. Research on SFTA2 has gained significant attention due to its implications in various pulmonary diseases, including respiratory distress syndrome, asthma, and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). The protein's ability to modulate immune responses and its involvement in surfactant metabolism highlight its potential as a therapeutic target. Moreover, studies have indicated that genetic mutations in the SFTA2 gene can lead to severe lung disease in neonates, emphasizing the need for a deeper understanding of this protein's structure and function. Recombinant SFTA2 protein has been developed for research purposes to facilitate investigations into its biological activity, interactions with other pulmonary proteins, and its role in disease mechanisms. This research not only enhances our understanding of lung biology but also paves the way for the development of novel therapeutic strategies aimed at alleviating respiratory disorders linked to surfactant dysfunction.
