Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
CGREF1, or Candidate Gene Regulator of Expression Factor 1, has emerged as a significant target in molecular biology and therapeutic research due to its pivotal role in gene expression regulation and cellular processes. Initially identified as a gene critical for various biological functions, CGREF1 has been linked to important pathways involved in cell differentiation, proliferation, and apoptosis. Recent studies have highlighted its potential implications in several diseases, including cancers and neurological disorders, where dysregulation of gene expression is often observed. The production of recombinant CGREF1 protein facilitates in-depth investigations into its structural and functional characteristics, allowing researchers to elucidate its mechanisms of action. This recombinant protein can be utilized to explore interactions with other cellular proteins, investigate its role in transcriptional regulation, and assess its potential as a biomarker or therapeutic target. Furthermore, understanding the precise mechanisms by which CGREF1 influences gene expression could unveil new insights into the development of targeted therapies and advancements in gene editing technologies. As research progresses, CGREF1 continues to garner attention for its role in health and disease, marking it as a crucial component in the landscape of modern biological research.
