  • Stability Test

The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.

  • Storage & Shelf Life

Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

  • Shipping

In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description

The study of APIP (Adenosine Phosphate deaminase Interacting Protein) recombinant proteins has garnered significant interest due to their potential roles in cellular processes and disease mechanisms. APIP is known to interact with various proteins involved in metabolic pathways and stress responses, thereby influencing cellular homeostasis and signaling cascades. Researchers have been particularly focused on understanding the structural and functional characteristics of APIP, as alterations in its expression and function have been implicated in various pathological conditions, including cancer and metabolic disorders. The ability to produce recombinant APIP in a controlled laboratory setting enables scientists to investigate its biochemical properties, interaction networks, and potential regulatory mechanisms. By utilizing advanced techniques in protein engineering and expression systems, studies have aimed to elucidate the role of APIP in modulating adenine nucleotide metabolism and its impact on cell viability under stress conditions. This research not only provides insights into the fundamental biology of APIP but also has implications for developing therapeutic strategies targeting APIP-related pathways in disease contexts. Overall, the exploration of APIP recombinant proteins represents a valuable avenue for advancing our understanding of cellular regulation and potential novel interventions in disease management.
