稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
CDK5RAP3 (Cyclin-dependent kinase 5 regulatory subunit-associated protein 3) is a multifunctional protein that plays a crucial role in various cellular processes, including neuronal development, cell cycle regulation, and apoptosis. This protein acts as a regulatory subunit for the cyclin-dependent kinase 5 (CDK5) complex, which is essential for neuronal differentiation and synaptic function. Dysregulation of CDK5RAP3 has been implicated in several neurodegenerative diseases, such as Alzheimer's disease and schizophrenia, making it a significant focus of research in neurobiology and pathology. Furthermore, CDK5RAP3 has been shown to impact cancer biology, particularly through its interactions with signaling pathways that control cell proliferation and survival. Given its diverse functional roles and involvement in critical disease mechanisms, understanding the structure and function of recombinant CDK5RAP3 is vital for developing therapeutic strategies aimed at modulating its activity. Recombinant protein studies allow for the detailed investigation of its interactions and effects in cellular systems, providing insights into how CDK5RAP3 functions in both physiological and pathological contexts.
