Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
CcaA, an essential protein in certain bacteria, plays a significant role in the regulation of gene expression and response to environmental changes. It is particularly important in photosynthetic organisms, where it participates in the circadian regulation of gene transcription and the synthesis of photosynthetic pigments. Research into the recombinant form of CcaA has gained traction due to its potential applications in biotechnology and synthetic biology. By producing CcaA as a recombinant protein, scientists can study its structure, function, and interactions in greater detail. This approach has led to insights into the protein's mechanism of action, how it interacts with other cellular components, and its role in signaling pathways. Additionally, understanding CcaA's regulation and activity can provide valuable information about the evolution of circadian rhythms and adaptive responses in prokaryotic systems. Such studies not only contribute to our fundamental knowledge of microbial physiology but also hold promise for developing novel strategies to manipulate gene expression and improve agricultural practices. Overall, the investigation of recombinant CcaA offers a fascinating glimpse into the complex regulatory networks underlying bacterial adaptation and survival.
