稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
CA13, or carbonic anhydrase 13, is a member of the carbonic anhydrase enzyme family, which plays a critical role in various physiological processes, including pH regulation, respiration, and ion transport. The interest in CA13 research has grown due to its unique localization and expression patterns in various tissues, particularly in the central nervous system and reproductive organs. Unlike other carbonic anhydrases, CA13 is thought to have distinct functions that may be linked to specific physiological conditions or pathologies. Studies have indicated potential roles for CA13 in neuroprotection, tumor progression, and other cellular processes, making it a target for pharmacological interventions. The reconstitution of CA13 as a recombinant protein allows researchers to investigate its enzymatic activity, structural properties, and interactions with other biomolecules. By using recombinant techniques, scientists can produce large quantities of CA13, facilitating detailed studies into its mechanism of action and potential therapeutic applications. This research not only expands our understanding of carbonic anhydrases but also opens new avenues for developing treatments for conditions associated with CA13 dysregulation, such as neurological disorders and cancer. As such, the investigation of CA13 recombinant protein represents a promising frontier in both basic and applied biosciences, highlighting its significance in health and disease.
