Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
SIGLEC10, a member of the sialic acid-binding immunoglobulin-like lectins (Siglecs) family, is primarily expressed on the surface of immune cells and plays a crucial role in modulating immune responses. Research has highlighted its potential involvement in various pathological conditions, including autoimmune diseases, cancer, and infections. SIGLEC10 binds to sialylated glycans on cells, influencing processes such as cell signaling, inflammation, and apoptosis. Investigating SIGLEC10 as a recombinant protein has garnered attention due to its ability to serve as a therapeutic target or biomarker for disease diagnosis and treatment. The recombinant production of SIGLEC10 facilitates in-depth studies, allowing researchers to explore its structural and functional properties, interactions with ligands, and its role in immune regulation. Understanding the mechanisms through which SIGLEC10 operates can provide insights into novel therapeutic strategies that aim to modulate immune responses in various diseases, ultimately enhancing treatment outcomes. As research advances, the potential for SIGLEC10 to be utilized in immunotherapy and as a diagnostic tool becomes increasingly promising, paving the way for innovative approaches in medical science.
