稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
RYK (receptor-like tyrosine kinase) is a member of the receptor tyrosine kinase family, playing a significant role in various cellular processes, including cell growth, differentiation, and apoptosis. As a unique member of this family, RYK lacks a classic growth factor-binding domain and is primarily known for its involvement in Wnt signaling pathways. This pathway is crucial in developmental processes and in maintaining homeostasis in adult tissues. Recent studies have identified RYK as being implicated in various diseases, including cancers and neurodegenerative disorders, suggesting its potential as a therapeutic target. Understanding the molecular mechanisms of RYK’s expression and function, as well as its interactions with other signaling pathways, is essential for elucidating its role in both physiology and pathology. Moreover, with the advancement of recombinant protein technology, researchers are now able to produce RYK in a laboratory setting, providing a valuable tool for studying its biological functions and interactions in detail. This research aims to shed light on RYK's involvement in cellular signaling mechanisms and to explore its potential as a biomarker or a target for innovative therapeutic strategies.
