稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
Bcl10 is a crucial protein in the modulation of immune responses, particularly in the context of lymphocyte activation and signaling pathways. Identified primarily as an integral component of the NF-κB signaling cascade, Bcl10 plays a significant role in the regulation of cell survival, proliferation, and apoptosis, making it a focal point in studies of various lymphoid malignancies and autoimmune diseases. Mutations or dysregulation of Bcl10 have been implicated in the development of certain types of cancer, particularly those involving the lymphatic system, such as MALT lymphoma. Additionally, its interaction with other proteins in the signaling pathway, including CARD-containing proteins, underscores its importance in maintaining cellular homeostasis and immune function. Research into recombinant Bcl10 protein has facilitated the understanding of its structure and function, allowing scientists to explore its therapeutic potential. By studying Bcl10's role in cellular signaling and its effects on immune responses, researchers aim to harness this knowledge for developing novel therapeutic strategies against diseases characterized by aberrant immune activation or inflammation. Overall, Bcl10's involvement in key biological processes underscores its relevance as a target for further investigation in both fundamental and applied biomedical research.
