Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
ADCY9 (Adenylate Cyclase 9) is an enzyme that plays a critical role in the intracellular signaling pathways by catalyzing the conversion of ATP to cyclic AMP (cAMP), a crucial secondary messenger involved in various physiological processes. Research on ADCY9 has gained significant attention due to its involvement in cardiovascular function, neuronal signaling, and metabolic regulation. Dysregulation of this enzyme has been linked to various disorders, including heart diseases, neurological conditions, and obesity. The investigation of recombinant ADCY9 proteins allows for the detailed study of its structure-function relationship, the mechanisms of its activation by G-proteins and other modulators, and its role in cAMP-dependent signaling cascades. Additionally, recombinant ADCY9 can be utilized to develop novel therapeutic strategies targeting related signaling pathways, offering potential avenues for drug discovery and design. Understanding the functional properties of ADCY9 through recombinant protein studies not only enhances our knowledge of its biological significance but also paves the way for innovative approaches to treat diseases associated with its dysregulation.
