稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
BAT1, or "B-cell activation factor," is a critical protein involved in the immune response, particularly in the regulation of B cell proliferation and differentiation. Research on BAT1 has gained significant attention due to its potential implications in various diseases, particularly autoimmune disorders and cancers. This protein is known to interact with specific receptors on B cells, leading to the activation of intracellular signaling pathways that promote B cell survival and antibody production. Previous studies have demonstrated that dysregulation of BAT1 can contribute to hyperactive B cell responses, resulting in autoimmune diseases like systemic lupus erythematosus and rheumatoid arthritis. Moreover, its role in the tumor microenvironment positions BAT1 as a potential therapeutic target in B cell malignancies, such as lymphoma and leukemia. As researchers continue to elucidate the precise mechanisms of BAT1 in both normal and pathological states, there is a growing interest in developing recombinant forms of BAT1. These recombinant proteins can be utilized in various experimental settings to better understand the immune response and explore novel treatment strategies. The ongoing investigation into BAT1 not only aims to clarify its biological functions but also seeks to leverage its properties for therapeutic purposes in conditions characterized by B cell dysregulation.
