稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
ARL6, a member of the Arf-like family of small GTPases, has garnered significant interest in recent years due to its crucial role in cellular processes such as intracellular trafficking, cytoskeletal organization, and signaling pathways. Research has shown that ARL6 is involved in the regulation of photoreceptor cilia, which are essential for visual function, and its mutations are implicated in various retinal diseases, including retinitis pigmentosa. Furthermore, ARL6 interacts with several effector proteins, suggesting its multifaceted role in cellular dynamics. The study of ARL6 recombinant protein is pivotal for elucidating its biochemical properties and functional mechanisms at a molecular level. By expressing and purifying the recombinant ARL6 protein, researchers can investigate its GTPase activity, binding interactions, and involvement in ciliary assembly. Understanding the structural and functional aspects of ARL6 not only contributes to the foundational knowledge of GTPase biology but also opens new avenues for therapeutic interventions in diseases associated with its dysregulation. Thus, ongoing research into ARL6 and its recombinant forms is essential for advancing both basic science and potential clinical applications.
