Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
ARL5A (ADP-ribosylation factor-like 5A) is a small GTPase that plays a critical role in various cellular processes, including vesicular trafficking and signal transduction. Its involvement in the regulation of membrane dynamics and intracellular transport makes it a significant target for understanding cellular function and disease mechanisms. Recent studies have suggested that ARL5A may be linked to cancer progression, neurodegenerative diseases, and other pathological conditions, highlighting its potential as a biomarker and therapeutic target. The recombinant protein of ARL5A is essential for elucidating its structure-function relationship, allowing researchers to investigate its GTPase activity, interaction with other cellular proteins, and roles in various signaling pathways. By expressing and purifying ARL5A as a recombinant protein, scientists can conduct biophysical and biochemical analyses to characterize its properties, which is critical for developing strategies to manipulate its activity in disease contexts. The growing interest in ARL5A further emphasizes the need for in-depth research into its biological functions, interactions, and potential involvement in therapeutic interventions, making it a focal point for future studies in cell biology and drug discovery.
