稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
ARL3 (ADP-ribosylation factor-like 3) is a member of the ARF family of small GTPases, which play critical roles in cellular processes such as vesicle trafficking, cytoskeletal dynamics, and signal transduction. Research has indicated that ARL3 is particularly important in ciliary function and signaling pathways, with implications in various physiological and pathological states. Abnormalities in ARL3 have been linked to ciliopathies, which are genetic disorders arising from defects in cilia structure and function. This has spurred interest in the characterization of ARL3 as a potential therapeutic target for diseases associated with ciliary dysfunction. To facilitate studies on its structure and function, researchers have focused on the recombinant expression and purification of ARL3 proteins. The generation of ARL3 recombinant proteins allows for detailed biochemical assays and structural analyses, which are essential for understanding the protein's role in cellular mechanisms. Additionally, these studies can provide insights into how ARL3 interacts with other proteins and its involvement in signaling pathways. Given the importance of ARL3 in both normal cellular physiology and disease pathogenesis, understanding its properties through recombinant protein studies is crucial for developing targeted therapeutic strategies.
