Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
ARL2 (ADP-ribosylation factor-like 2) is a member of the ARF (ADP-ribosylation factor) family of small GTPases, which play a crucial role in various cellular processes, including membrane trafficking, cytoskeletal dynamics, and signal transduction. Research on ARL2 has gained momentum due to its involvement in essential cellular functions and potential implications in disease mechanisms, including cancer. The protein is known to regulate microtubule dynamics and interact with various cellular partners, influencing cellular morphology and migration. Additionally, ARL2 has been implicated in the regulation of cilia and flagella assembly, further underscoring its significance in maintaining cellular homeostasis. Investigating the structure and function of recombinant ARL2 protein provides critical insights into its biological roles and regulatory mechanisms. By understanding the specific interactions and pathways affected by ARL2, researchers aim to uncover novel therapeutic targets for diseases associated with its dysregulation. The development of recombinant ARL2 protein allows for detailed biochemical and biophysical studies, contributing to a more comprehensive understanding of its functional repertoire in health and disease contexts.
